We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your purchase or request a refund. 1. Enrollment

1.1. You can enroll in our Gold Purchase Plan at any time, and the duration of your purchase can be fixed by you, the client. You can choose the specific duration for your Gold Purchase Plan.

2. Cancellation Policy

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled, including limitations on quantities available for sale, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned to your card account.

2.1. You have the right to cancel your participation in the Gold Purchase Plan at any time.

2.2. To initiate a cancellation, you must contact our customer support team and provide the necessary details.

2.3. Cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Some conditions may apply, such as the treatment of partial purchases and interest earned.

2.4. We ship the product in 3-4 working days after your order and the refund will be credited in 12-14 days depending upon your bank.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:

  • If you have made an over payment on your Gold Purchase Plan.
  • If there are any discrepancies in the amount purchased, and you are entitled to a refund.
  • If there are any exceptional situations as determined by Kallarackal Maharani Jewellers.

4. Refund Process

4.1. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team and provide the necessary documentation to support your refund claim.
